Returns
Our returns policy is very simple: We do not accept returns for any reason. If you don't like the product once it arrives, it will be the full responsibility of the customer and HugHub will not accept the return. Under no circumstances is it possible to return the product except on EXCEPTIONAL occasions.
Refunds
Our refund policy starts from the moment the customer receives the goods. Once the goods have arrived, you will have to check it and notify it by on instagram at @hughub.s within 5 days of receipt of the goods. Once notified via email or instagram, we will check if it will be possible to start the refund process. The process only begins if:
1. The goods have serious and obvious defects
2. The product is completely different from what you ordered and you do not accept it because you do not like it
Once we have accepted or rejected , you will be reimbursed with a 100% discount on another of our items of your choice. We DO NOT refund the sums with the return of the MONEY but only with a 100% discount on another item of your choice.
